Although, we rarely experience damaged products, life happens.  Please send an email within 5 days to urbanchicliving@yahoo.com with a brief description of the damage + an image of the damaged product.

We’ll get a replacement product sent within 5 business days or sooner. Feel free to dispose of the damaged product. 

Your Urban Chic Living order will ship within 2 – 5 business days.  Although, we work really hard to try and get your order shipped out to you sooner.
